Riephoff Sawmill stocks rough-cut oak fence boards in several common lengths, along with pressure-treated Southern Yellow Pine fence posts for agricultural fencing. Unlike many of our custom-cut industrial products, these common fencing sizes are regularly stocked and sold by the piece.
Our oak fence boards are commonly used for horse fencing, pasture fencing, farms, and other agricultural applications. Treated posts are intended for agricultural use only and are not sold for residential use.
All fencing products are available for pickup at our sawmill in Allentown, New Jersey. Please contact us before pickup to confirm current inventory.

Our stocked fence posts are pressure-treated Southern Yellow Pine and are intended for agricultural fencing applications.

Rough-Cut Oak Fence Boards
Our fence boards are produced from rough-cut oak, a durable hardwood commonly used for horse pastures, farms, paddocks, and other agricultural fencing.
Oak is valued for its strength and durability and is also one of the hardwood species we use for demanding industrial products such as our custom hardwood crane mats.
Because the boards are rough-sawn rather than surfaced like finished dimensional lumber, they retain the traditional appearance and texture commonly associated with agricultural hardwood fencing.

Common Fence Board Lengths
We regularly stock 1″ × 6″ oak fence boards in 8-foot, 10-foot, 12-foot, and 16-foot lengths. Inventory can change as material is sold, so we recommend contacting us before making the trip to the sawmill, particularly if you need a large quantity or a specific length.
Agricultural and Horse Fencing
Rough-cut oak boards are commonly purchased for horse fencing, pasture fencing, livestock areas, farms, and other agricultural projects. Customers can purchase individual replacement boards or larger quantities for new fencing and repairs.
